North Bay Restoration, a small business in Northern California, needed a website update. They offer contract tile refinishing and replacement, and their website content was scattered and outdated. A free usability analysis was performed on their website, and card sorting sessions and a the assessment of competitor’s websites revealed ways in which content could be restructured to better serve customers.
Content was analyzed, and the website’s information architecture was redesigned to improve navigation and better display examples of work.
