We are looking for like-minded individuals to assist us with our cutting edge user-experience (UX) research within software and video games. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of both design and software development, to offer mission-critical solutions that balance aesthetics with functionality.
Ideally, you should have a solid understanding design and information architecture (IA) as well, for occasional projects where a wireframe and/or low-fidelity prototype is needed. We are looking for a part-time, efficient transcriptionist to transcribe video tape of software and technology use. Opportunity for full-time may be available if desired. We offer a flexible schedule and attractive compensation.
The successful candidate will be able to transcribe video data, using a specialized program in a Windows environment. A fast learner that can quickly become proficient in new software, and can learn a specialized notation system (representing speech qualities or non-verbal behavior) is key.
