All findings are kept completely confidential, and nothing is ever communicated to anyone else.

Accordingly, we do not give out samples of previous projects, since it exposes private information of our customers' strategies and their businesses. For samples of our writing and insight, please visit our publications page or our blog.

Deliverables

You will receive a written report with prioritized issues. A follow-up meeting or presentation will be scheduled to review the report and answer any additional questions by the client. The report will cover:

• User-interface problems
• Problems with user goal-achievement
• Re-design recommendations

Following the report, the client may choose to schedule subsequent iterations to ensure that design changes improve the user-experience.
